oz unsalted butter, melted (25 grams)

oz icing sugar (30 grams)

egg white

oz soft flour (25 grams)

oz chopped pistachios (15 grams)

oz chopped hazelnuts

Step 1
Preparation time is 30 minutes.
Step 2
Melt the butter and mix in the icing sugar. Lightly whisk the egg white and add the flour. Add the pistachios and hazelnuts to the melted butter mixture and mix to a smooth paste. Leave to chill for 1 hour. Cut into biscuit shapes, leave for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Put on a tray and cook at 180C/350F/Gas 4 for 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 4
Take out of the oven and allow to cool.
