Perfect to sip and celebrate the number one lady in your life, this twist on a classic Paloma is light, refreshing and easy to make. We couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful moms in our lives, so why not ask her to sit back and relax while you whip up these simple and impressive Palomas? The swap for pomegranate juice instead of traditional grapefruit in this paloma just adds a whole new depth of flavour. Cheers!  



Lime Simple Syrup

limes (zest and juice)
cup granulated sugar

Pomegranate Paloma

oz pomegranate juice
oz white tequila
oz homemade lime simple syrup
Garnish: rosemary salt and rosemary sprig

Step 1

For the lime-infused simple syrup, add ½ cup fresh lime juice and zest to a small saucepan over medium heat along with sugar.

Step 2

Stir until sugar is dissolved.

Step 3

Set aside and cool.

Step 4

To build the cocktail, rim rocks glass with rosemary salt and set aside.

Fill a mixing glass with ice, pomegranate juice, lime simple syrup, white tequila.

Stir, stir, stir until all ingredients are blended.

Add ice to a rocks glass and strain the cocktail into the glass.
