There’s no pre-cooking in this rich and flavourful, slow cooker , which makes dinner prep a breeze.
cup bacon, chopped into inch-length pieces
g pork loin, cubed
cloves garlic, minced
stalk celery, diced
sweet pepper, chopped
oz can of tomatoes
Tbsp chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
oz cans of beans, rinsed
Put everything in the slow cooker and give it a stir.
Seal that baby up and set it to 6 to 8 hours on low.
