oz good quality full-fat yogurt
¼
cup honey

Tbsp chopped pistachio nuts

Step 1
Put the yogurt in a cheesecloth-lined strained over a bowl and leave for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Step 2
Remove to a bowl and drizzle with the honey and sprinkle with the pistachios.
