Our team is obsessed with croissants — what’s not to love? Croissants are buttery, flakey and the ultimate comfort snack. Over on TikTok, we noticed a few creators repurposing stale croissants into a delicious croissant bake! This viral recipe consists of three important elements: ham, cheese and of course, croissants. Our version uses prosciutto, a combination of Gruyere and Emmental cheese and everything bagel seasoning. Coupled with the honey Dijon glaze, this recipe tastes nearly identical to a Croque Madame. Serve this at any weekend brunch, it will surely impress your guests.
