This epic burger is spiced with garlic, mint and cilantro and fried on the griddle next to tandoori-powder imbued bacon strips, which are then stacked on this sky-high burger with tomato, onion, lettuce, melty American cheddar and sweet-spicy achari mayo.

Layer ingredients in a food processor in the following order: lemon juice and Worcestershire, herbs, garlic, and finally onions. Blend into a fine paste.
In a large mixing bowl, combine together the blended herbs and onions with all of the spices, eggs, and beef. Mix well. Form into 6 oz patties.
Grill patties for 6-10 minutes (depending on your desired doneness) and finish with a slice of American cheddar cheese.
Serve on potato bun with shredded lettuce, chopped tomato and red onion, caramelized white onions, and mayo.
