cup chardonnay wine

Step 1
In a small saucepan on high heat begin to caramelize sugar and water. When sugar has caramelized, add onion, quinces, raisins, Chardonnay, vinegar, juniper, bay leaf, ginger and hot sauce. Simmer and stir frequently over medium heat for approximately half an hour until the mixture thickens and becomes syrupy.
