You must make this bright, colourful rainbow snack board for your next Pride celebration. There’s no real recipe or rules when it comes to building a snack board: Load up on your favourite fresh fruits and veggies, and if you’re not sure where to start, choose in-season produce like fresh strawberries, ripe tomatoes and juicy mangoes. Pair with a few dips (because who doesn’t love a good dip?), something savoury like cured meats or salty olives and of course, you can’t forget the cheese. Grab a large tray, layer all those beautiful colours into a rainbow and most importantly, have fun!

Step 1

Grab a large cutting board. Wash and prep all your produce and ingredients. Group each item according to the colours of the rainbow.

Step 2

Begin building your board starting with the red-coloured ingredients: red cherry tomatoes, sweet cherries, strawberries sliced in half, salami folded into quarters and stacked together to form a salami river, pomegranate and red pepper jelly.

Step 3

Next, the orange ingredients: cheddar cheese sliced into triangles, orange cherry tomatoes, mango, dried apricots, sweet potato crackers for texture and carrots for crunch.

Then, the yellow ingredients: heirloom carrots cut into sticks, sea salt crackers to pair with cheese and creamy Camembert cheese cut into wedges.
