Start your day with an easy five-ingredient fruit smoothie made with juices, vanilla and bran cereal.

cup (175 ml) frozen raspberries
cup (125 ml) orange juice
cup (125 ml) pomegranate or cranberry juice
cup (125 ml) 2% vanilla flavour stirred yogurt
cup (50 ml) bran cereal
Place fruit in blender container.
Add juices, yogurt and bran cereal. If desired, sweeten to taste with a little sugar or honey.
Blend until smooth.
