Directions for: Raspberry Jubilee Smoothie


¾ cup (175 ml) frozen raspberries

½ cup (125 ml) orange juice

½ cup (125 ml) pomegranate or cranberry juice

½ cup (125 ml) 2% vanilla flavour stirred yogurt

¼ cup (50 ml) All-Bran Buds* cereal


1. Place fruit in blender container.

2. Add juices, yogurt and All-Bran Buds* cereal. If desired, sweeten to taste with a little sugar or honey.

3. Blend until smooth.
