People try to attribute all sorts of beneficial properties to chocolate, trying to ease the guilt of their compulsive habit. Unfortunately, all the good properties attributed to chocolate are, for the most part, missing from cooked chocolate (and once you mix it with copious amounts of refined sugar it turns into something quite toxic). Raw cacao contains sulphur and magnesium and has nutrients that keep you alert and happy (phenylethylamine). Have an enzyme*-rich, guilt free chocolate breakfast!

cup raw cashews, soaked overnight, drained and rinsed

cup filtered water
1
banana
2
Tbsp raw cacao powder
1
Tbsp raw agave* nectar

Blend all ingredients in the blender until smooth.
