cups all-purpose flour

cup cocoa powder

Tbsp all-purpose flour

tsp baking powder

pinch salt
½
cup unsalted butter, softened
¾
cup brown sugar
¼
cup sugar
1
whole egg
1
Tbsp milk
2
tsp vanilla extract
5
Tbsp red food colouring
¼
cup chocolate chips

Step 1
Mix all your ingredients starting with your egg, and sugar.
Step 2
Next add in your flour, cocoa, butter.
Step 3
After mix all your left over ingredients, make sure you fold in your chocolate chips last.
Step 4
Then use your hands to grab the dough and roll into balls (can be as big as you would like).
Step 5
Next place your dough balls on a cookie sheet and gently press on the top of the balls to make it flat on top (however much you flatten the top it will stay that way fully cooked so feel free to make it as fat or flat as you would like).
Step 6
Finally bake for 10-11 min at 350ºF.
