Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Place peppers on a baking sheet and coat with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Place in oven and roast until skin is blackened and blistered, for about 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and place in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to cool.
Step 3
Remove and discard skin. Deseed and cut peppers into strips. Place cleaned pepper in a bowl and cover with remaining olive oil.
