lb(s) shallots, peeled, point ends intact and cut in half

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Place the peeled shallots in the marinade and spread evenly in a roasting pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Step 3
Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, toss every 5 minutes. Serve at room temperature.
