This perfectly festive drink can be enjoyed hot or cold all season long! It’s spiked with a splash of bourbon, but the alcohol can simply be omitted for a mocktail-friendly version. Throw on your holiday jammies, favourite Christmas movies and get cozy with my Salted Caramel Spiked Apple Cider!
In a saucepan over medium heat whisk together cider, caramel and salt. Bring to a gentle simmer and remove from heat.
Whisk in the vanilla and bourbon. Evenly divide into 4 serving glasses.
Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream, freshly grated nutmeg and a pinch of smoked flake salt. Enjoy!
