These oven-baked crispy chips are perfect for dunking into raita or your favourite dip.

Ingredients

naan breads
½
cup olive oil
Kosher salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2

Cut each naan bread into 8 wedges using a knife or pizza cutter. Arrange them all on a baking sheet. Brush both sides of the wedges with olive oil. Sprinkle both sides generously with the salt.

Step 3

Bake until they’re golden brown and crisp, 15 to 18 minutes.

Step 4

Note: for a variation, make a spice blend of salt, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and freshly ground black pepper to spring over the naan wedges before they bake.
