Notes

Topping: 100 g chocolate and a tablespoon of water.Reminder: cake mold should be flexible so that the removable parts can come off the cake easily

Step 1

First mix pudding and sugar with 3 dl of water, then add the rest of the water and cook until it becomes viscous. In this hot mixture add butter so that it completely melts

Step 2

Divide the mixture into three equal parts. In the first part, mix graham cookies and two teaspoons of vanilla sugar. In the second part, mix shredded coconut or coconut flour and two spoons of vanilla sugar.

Step 3

In the third part, mix ground walnuts and two spoons of vanilla sugar. In a cake mold put first the first mixture mentioned above and then third and lastly the second mixture on the top

Step 4

Melt chocolate with two spoons of water and put as a topping onto the cake. Make sure to cool the cake and then proceed to decorate with almonds
