cup flour
3
egg
3
Tbsp water
2
Tbsp semolina
1
pinch salt
butter, to taste

Step 1
Mix together the flour, eggs, salt and semolina. Add a little water and beat with a wooden spoon until air bubbles appear and the dough is sticky. Let stand 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 2
Bring a pan of salted water to a boil. Fill the spaetzle press with dough. Squeeze the press so the dough drops into the boiling water. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir. Spaetzle are done when they float to the top. Scoop spaetzle out with a skimmer. Toss spaetzle in butter and serve immediately.
