cup Oka cheese, grated (150 ml)

Step 1

Mix eggs, chives, salt, and milk together in a medium bowl.

Step 2

Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add butter and melt. Add the eggs and scramble, stirring constantly, for about 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in the cheese and continue to scramble until it begins to melt.
