cup chopped onion

cup sliced mushroom

cup cooked seafood, (shrimp, scallops, lobster, crabmeat)

Step 1
MELT margarine in medium saucepan. Add flour, salt and paprika, stirring until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil and is thickened. Add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
Step 2
COOK onions and mushrooms in margarine in large saucepan until tender. Add seafood and sauce. Heat gently, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice or pasta.
