Epic enough for an outdoor summer party yet simple enough for any night of the week, this recipe is a winner! It features all the staples: shrimp, smoked sausage, potatoes and corn. Be sure to use a fully thawed raw shrimp with the tails on and don’t be afraid to add more of your favourite shellfish! Think: clams, mussels or lobster.
