head butter lettuce, torn into bit-size pieces

cup torn fresh mint leaves

cup thinly sliced radishes

Tbsp toasted salted sunflower seeds

Tbsp apple cider vinegar

Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

tsp kosher salt

cup freshly grated Pecorino-Romano cheese

Step 1

Toss the lettuce with the mint, radishes and sunflower seeds in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together the cider vinegar, olive oil and salt. Drizzle the salad with the dressing, and sprinkle with the Pecorino-Romano.
