Step 1

Place the tea bag in a mug and add the boiling water, ginger, and honey. Stir to combine. Let steep for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Remove the tea bag and whisk in the magnesium bis-glycinate.

Place several ice cubes in a Collins glass. Pour the tea mixture over the ice and add the tart cherry juice and lime juice. Fill the glass the rest of the way with sparkling water and stir to combine.
