onion, thinly, sliced

Tbsp olive oil

sweet red pepper, slivered

cloves garlic, minced

Tbsp minced fresh parsley

tsp salt

tsp dried rosemary

cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½
cup shredded provolone cheese

cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Step 2
Scrub potatoes and slice thinly.
Step 3
In bowl, toss together potatoes, onion and oil.
Step 4
Stir in red pepper, garlic, parsley, salt, rosemary and pepper.
Step 5
Brush 12-inch (30 cm) round pizza pan with oil; spread with potato mixture.
Step 6
Bake for 15 minutes or until tender, brown and crisp.
Step 7
Sprinkle with provolone and Parmesan cheeses; bake for 5 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
