Smoked Salmon and Radish Dip

Ingredients

cup sour cream
½
cup low-fat pressed cottage cheese
½
cup cream cheese, softened

pinch salt
1
pinch pepper
4
oz smoked salmon, finely, chopped
½
cup finely chopped red radish, (about half a bunch)
cup finely chopped red onion
2
Tbsp chopped fresh chives, (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In large bowl, beat together sour cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese, salt and pepper. Stir in salmon, radishes, onion, and chives (if using). Transfer to serving bowl. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate in airtight container for up to 2 days; let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.)

Step 2

Yield: 2 cups
