cups all-purpose flour
1 ½
tsp baking powder
1 ½
tsp cornstarch
1
pinch salt

Tbsp butter, softened
1
Tbsp milk, any kind
4
tsp vanilla extract
1
cup brown sugar
¼
cup chocolate chips

Step 1
Mix everything together by hand mixure, or by hand. Perferibly starting with your wet ingrediants, and ending with your dry.
Step 2
Once everything is mixed grab your dough and roll them into balls however big all depends on what you would like.
Step 3
Finally flatten the top of the dough ball as much as you would like, because however you have it on the sheet it will bake like that.
Step 4
Bake for 10-12 min at 350ºF.
