cup sour cherries with juice

cup honey

Tbsp kirsch, or Brandy

Tbsp cornstarch

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a small pot and stir well. Continue to stir with a wooden spoon as mixture comes to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat when sauce boils and is slightly thickened.
