cup whole almonds, with their skins

tsp toasted, ground cumin seed

tsp hot paprika

tsp chopped fresh rosemary

tsp brown sugar

tsp olive oil
Fleur de sel

Step 1
Heat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Spread the almonds on a baking sheet and toast until darkened and fragrant. Remove and spill into a sauté pan. Add the spices, rosemary and sugar. Toss over heat to coat with the oil. Add fleur de sel and spill onto a baking sheet to cool. Store in a jar.
