This tasty snack is simple to make and is vegan-friendly!

ingredients

cup pepitas (hulled pumpkin seeds)
1
Tbsp salt
½
tsp curry powder
1
Tbsp nutritional yeast
2
Tbsp coconut oil

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and toss to coat pepitas.

Step 2

Lay mixture flat on a baking sheet and place in 325F oven for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Let cool. Enjoy!

Step 4

To keep nutritional value of seeds: Cover your seeds in it’s mix for 2 hours. If it’s a dry mix, add a tablespoon of coconut oil. Then, place your seeds in a dehydrator or in the oven at the lowest temperature.
