Spicy Grilled Atlantic Salmon
Chipotle Tartar Sauce
Preheat char broiler or BBQ grill. Brush the salmon fillets
with the olive oil and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Place the salmon onto the pre-heated grill and baste with the
chipotle puree. Cook the salmon fillet on each side for
approximately 4-5 minutes. Once grilled on both sides, remove

heat. Spread each side of the toasted bread with the chipotle
tartar sauce. Add the butter leaf lettuce and grilled salmon
to the toasted bread, top with the coleslaw and serve with the
fried onion rings.
