Ingredients

jars honey garlic sauce
cup liquid honey

cloves garlic, minced

tsp minced fresh ginger
40
chicken drumettes or 20 chicken wings, cut and split (about 2 kg)

sprigs fresh thyme
2
sprigs fresh rosemary
½
tsp grated orange zest
Chopped fresh chives or green onions
Sliced orange segments or red pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425ºF (218ºC).

Step 2

In an oven-safe large saucepan or deep skillet, heat sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger over medium heat. Stir in drumettes to coat. Add thyme and rosemary; cover and cook, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. Stir in orange zest; cover and cook for 10 minutes. Place saucepan in oven for about 15 minutes or until no longer pink inside.

Step 3

Remove lid and cook stirring over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened slightly and wings are well glazed. Garnish with chives and orange segments.
