Directions for: Strawberry Mango Smoothie


2 cup (500 mL) almond milk

1 banana, cut in half

2 cup (500 mL) mango, frozen

2 cup (500 mL) strawberries, frozen

2 Tbsp (30 mL) honey


1. In a blender, purée all ingredients until smooth.

2. Pour into an airtight container and keep refrigerated.
