Fruit mousse is delicious and nutritious and there are so many versions out there to not get you bored. These fruits are packed with vitamins, minerals, fiber, and disease-fighting antioxidants.

directions
Add the berries to a food processor and process to a puree for about 1 minute.
Add honey or any other sweetener to your liking.
Add the egg white and process until mixture becomes fluffy and has doubled or tripled in volume (this should take around 2-3 minutes).
Spoon out the mousse and pour into glasses.
Top with whipped cream and fresh berries if you like.
Refrigerate for up to two hours and serve immediately.
Slice the bananas, add them to a blender.
Add honey and sprinkle bananas with lime juice.
Blend the bananas into a smooth puree.
Add the fresh cream and pulse up to 8 times to get an even mixture.
Add the banana mousse into individual serving bowls and cover with plastic wrap.
Place the mousse in the fridge for around 4 hours or until mousse is completely set.
Serve the mousse with banana slices or sprinkle with grated chocolate or cocoa powder.
In a saucepan, heat the passion fruit puree, orange juice, and sugar until dissolved.
Add the gelatin mixture and stir until combined.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and place over an ice bath.
Stir well, and add the whipped cream stirring slowly until the mixture is creamy.
Pour into serving bowls, cover with plastic wrap and let sit in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
Serve mousse with caramelized bananas and kiwi slices.
