green onions, minced

cup ketchup

tsp rice vinegar

Step 1
In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat and cook garlic, ginger, and onions for 5 minutes or until softened. Add water, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
Step 2
Whisk together water and cornstarch; whisk into mixture. Simmer for one minute or until thickened. Set aside to cool.
