medium medium acorn squash
½
tsp (2 ml) cinnamon
½
tsp (2 ml) nutmeg
1
Tbsp (15 ml) golden brown sugar
1
Tbsp (15 ml) Becel® Buttery Taste margarine

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Step 2
Cut squash in half using a large sharp knife, and scoop out seeds. In a small bowl combine cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar and margarine. Rub spice and margarine mixture over cut side of squash. Place on a baking dish and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until squash is very tender.
