Chocolatey, fruity, delectable – crepes and sabayon (Italian “zabaglione”) is a scumptious dessert.

Strawberry Filling
Irish Cream Sabayon
directions
Beat eggs and milk until frothy.
Sift together dry ingredients, then mix in the wet ingredients. Mix until well blended and no lumps remain.
Spray a non stick pan with cooking spray.
Drop a spoonful of batter onto pan. Spread with the back of a spoon into a circle. Cook over medium heat until the top is no longer wet (do not flip).
Spread a spoonful of strawberry filling on each nalynsky and fold in half.
Cook over medium heat until strawberries are soft and the mixture has thickened.
Mix egg yolks, sugar and Irish cream in a double boiler until thick.
Serve 3 nalynsky per portion with sabayon. Garnish with chocolate shavings, fresh fruit and mint. Dust with icing sugar.
