After lining the rim with lemon, dip the glass in the cinnamon-sugar mix to coat the rim.
Add ice and set the cinnamon-sugar mix aside, you’ll need it later.
Add the bourbon.
Add the apple cider and top with the seltzer water.
Stir in the lemon juice, along with a 1/2 teaspoon of the cinnamon-sugar mix.
Add apple slices for garnish.
