Inspired by the UK’s classic home-cooked favourite, Shepherd’s Pie, this smoked turkey sausage comes topped with mashed potatoes, smashed peas, shredded Cheddar cheese and beef gravy.

To create smashed peas, combine peas with olive oil and “smash” together.
For mashed potatoes, boil 6 washed and peeled potatoes for 20 minutes. Drain water.
Mash milk, salted butter, garlic and salt and pepper together until mixture is smooth.
Assemble hot dog and top with smashed peas and mashed potatoes, cheese and beef gravy.
