cups spinach leaves, chopped

cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
⅓
cup parsley

cup pomegranate seeds (the seeds from one pomegranate)
⅓
cup pine nuts, toasted
¼
cup red onions, sliced (optional)

Step 1
In a jar, combine dressing ingredients and shake well.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients and toss.
Step 3
Pour dressing over salad, toss again, and serve.
