4 limes, cut into 4 wedges
½ cup sugar (or more, depending on how sweet you want your drink)
Up to 5 oz cachaça (good quality vodka or white rum can be a substitute)
sugar cane stick, fresh or canned
1. Combine cut limes and sugar in pitcher and mash with a wooden spoon until the lime juice and the sugar start to dissolve.
2. Pour cachaça to taste. Mix well and add crushed ice. Garnish with a sugar cane stick.
