You’ll thank us for bringing these two favourite dishes together: pizza and French fries. This is the perfect marriage of flavours and cheesy goodness in one dish.
cups (450 mL) of shoestring fries
cup (118 mL) mornay cheese sauce, pre-made
cup (118 mL) marinara sauce, pre-made
cup (225mL) mozzarella cheese, grated
tsp (5 mL) dried parsley
15 Brooklyn-style pepperonis
tsp (.5 mL) white truffle oil
Fry shoestring fries for 5-7 minutes.
Place the cooked fries on a fajita skillet.
Pour store-bought mornay sauce on top of the fries.
Pour store-bought marinara sauce on top of the fries.
Add the shredded mozzarella and place baby pepperonis on top of cheese.
Top with dried parsley.
Put the skillet in the oven at 400ºF for 10 to 12 minutes.
Pull the dish out of the oven.
Top with a drizzle of truffle oil.
