Ingredients

Tuna

oz sushi-grade tuna, thinly sliced

bulb fennel
crusty Italian bread

Dressing

egg, yolk
1
tsp Dijon mustard
juice from half a lemon

Tbsp rice wine vinegar

pinch salt
freshly cracked black pepper
½
tsp ground coriander, seed
½
tsp ground fennel, seed

tsp anchovy, paste
½
cup extra virgin olive oil
tsp honey

Directions

Step 1

Mix all dressing ingredients together.

Step 2

Place shaved fennel on a plate. Top with thin slices of tuna and drizzle with dressing. Serve with crusty Italian bread.
