This is homemade ham from turkey breast cooked in ham maker.
Why I love this recipe
This is healthy alternative to cold cuts from store.
Wash and cut turkey breast into square pieces.
Mix seasonings with meat and water.
Add olives and mix.
Place into ham maker and close ham maker properly.
Marinate for 24-48 hours by keeping it in fridge.
Place ham maker into a pot, pour water inside the pot. The amount of water supposed to be at the same level or higher than meat.
Cook for 2 hours in water temp 176-185ºF (80-85ºC) until meat reaches 180ºF (82ºC).
Remove the ham maker from water, cool it in cold water and refrigerate for few hours or leave it for night.
Pour hot water for few second on ham maker chamber to remove meat easily.
