oz campari

oz fresh lemon juice

large egg white
Garnish: lemon peel

Step 1
In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except ice and the garnish and shake well.
Step 2
Add ice and shake again.
Step 3
Strain the drink into a chilled coupe.
Step 4
