Use refrigerated crescent roll dough to make this cheesy, meaty pie.

Ingredients

1 8-oz
tube refrigerated crescent rolls
8
oz hard salami, chopped
4
cups shredded mozzarella
3
Tbsp grated Parmesan or Pecorino-Romano
3
eggs, beaten

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350ºF.

Step 2

Pat the crescent roll dough into the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch casserole dish.

Step 3

In a large bowl, mix together the salami, mozzarella, Parmesan and eggs. Pat the mixture into the crescent roll dough.

Step 4

Bake until golden brown, 30 to 40 minutes.
