Vanilla Raspberry Vinegar

cup white wine vinegar
4
cup raspberries
vanilla, bean, scraped

Step 1

Preheat oven to 225 degrees F.

Step 2

Cut scraped vanilla bean pod into 1 inch pieces.

Step 3

Combine all ingredients into saucepan. Bring to a boil.

Step 4

Cover and place into the oven for 2 hours. Remove from the oven and cool.

Step 5

Pass through a strainer into a bottle.

Step 6

Cap and refrigerate. Use within 5 days.

Step 7

Makes 4 cups.
