Step 1
Heat the oil and ghee in a pressure cooker on the stove and add the cumin seeds, clove, cardamom, cinnamon and bay leaf; saute on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
Step 2
Add the onions, ginger-garlic paste and slit green chillies and saute on a medium flame for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add the vegetables (French beans, beetroot, carrot, potato, corn), biryani masala, rice and salt and saute on a medium flame for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add 2 cups of water give it a quick mix and cook on a medium flame for 2 whistles.
Step 5
Serve hot with raita.
