Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2

Roll out the pizza dough to whatever shape and thickness you prefer.

Step 3

Place it on a greased baking sheet.

Step 4

Spread the sauce over the dough in an even coating then season it with the salt, pepper and oregano.

Step 5

Place the mushrooms, pineapple, broccoli and sun-dried tomatoes on next.

Step 6

Cover generously with mozzarella cheese.

Step 7

Sprinkle with the feta cheese and bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes until the crust is brown and the cheese is bubbling in the centre.

Step 8

Remove from oven. Add the diced tomatoes and the fresh dill.

Step 9

Return pizza to the oven for a few more minutes until the tomatoes have been heated through.
