zucchini (not peeled)

medium carrots

Tbsp fresh or dried onion

Tbsp oil (sunflower seed oil, olive oil, avocado oil, sesame oil)

tsp salt

tsp fresh or dried parsley
½
tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves of fresh garlic

g (1.7 oz) of double smoked bacon (optional)

g (3.5 oz) pumpkin (any kind)

You can serve this dish as an appetizer, salad or the main meal
Step 1
Grate the zucchini and carrots, and then stew it together with 1 tbsp. of oil, onion and garlic for 10 minutes. Separately, stew the pumpkin cut into cubes with 1 tbsp. of oil.
Step 2
Fry the double smoked bacon until golden. When these mixtures are over, combine them, and add the parsley and salt. Stir it well.
