ingredients

cup whole wheat flour
½
cup all purpose flour

tsp baking soda
½
tsp baking powder
½
tsp salt

eggs
cup sugar
¼
cup plain yogurt
¼
cup vegetable oil
1
tsp vanilla
2
medium sized bananas, mashed
1
cup chopped walnuts

Step 1

Combine whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking

soda, baking powder, and salt in one bowl and set aside.

Step 2

In another bowl, lightly beat the eggs. Add the sugar

and beat until smooth.

Step 3

Blend in to the egg mixture the yoghurt, oil, vanilla

and mashed bananas.

Step 4

Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and mix

until just combined.

Step 5

Add the nuts and stir until combined.

Step 6

Place in lightly greased 12 cup or 24 cup muffin tin

Step 7

Bake at 350 F for about 25 minutes, until tops are

lightly browned or muffins are firm to touch.
